- R% Brown the onions and mushrooms lightly in butter. Add the chicken,
- R%chicken broth, celery, soy sauce, sugar, and mushrooms and simmer for
- R%15 minutes. Add the cornstarch and water, blend and stir into the
- R%mixture.

- R% Cook until slightly thickened and clear.
